The Center of Hope

As our nation continues to face a challenging economic season, Wake County is seeing a significant rise in the homeless, the hungry and the hopeless. And although the Army continues to serve with relentless passion, there is so much more we must do.

In successfully raising the needed $12,000,000, we will be able to complete more than a building…we will be providing more shelter, serving more food, offering more hope. This is a capital campaign. But it’s also a Campaign for Hope.

Building the Center of Hope will mean:

  • 41,000 square feet
  • 92-bed women and children’s shelter
  • State-of-the-art computer lab
  • Library and resource center
  • 3 age-appropriate playrooms
  • Medical exam room
  • Dedicated counseling offices
