Naming Opportunities
Naming opportunities exist for various portions of the Center of Hope, including client and staff rooms, storage pantries and exterior structures. Please look over the following list of naming opportunities yet to be reserved, and contact us if you are interested in making a name for yourself as we continue on this Campaign for Hope.

Center of Hope Building | (RESERVED)
This 41,000-SF facility will be dedicated to the Administrative and Social Services Offices of The Salvation Army of Wake County. In addition, the building will house the 80-bed Women and Children's Shelter and public soup line.
Worship & Community Center | $2.5 million
This campus houses the chapel and worship center, where weekly services and fellowship programs are held, as well as the Community Center, which offers after school and summer camps, tutoring, mentoring programs, basketball, baseball, football, soccer and other athletic and recreational programs. (A portion of this donation will go toward the endowment for expansion of programs.)
Social Ministries Floor | $1.5 million
The Center of Hope's second floor will house the entire Social Ministries Department, including our shelter, case management offices, kitchen, dining areas and all educational spaces.
Women & Children's Shelter | (RESERVED)
The 92-bed shelter will provide homeless women with children a place to call home and feel safe. The space will also include areas for play, family time and learning activities.
Dining Hall | $500,000
This main cafeteria will serve as the dining area for daily soup line clients and shelter residents, and it also converts to a large meeting room.
Commercial Kitchen | $200,000
Commercial-grade appliances will fill this kitchen facility where daily meals are prepared for the soup line and shelter residents.
Library | $100,000
Clients and shelter residents can spend time reading, learning and reflecting in this quiet, private area.
Classroom | $100,000
Adjacent to the library, this area offers educational spaces for tutoring, parent workshops and shelter family activities. It also converts to a staff meeting space.
Family Lounge | $100,000
Shelter families can use this comfortable and spacious common area to enjoy quality time together.
Main Conference Room | $150,000
This large meeting space will serve as The Salvation Army’s boardroom. Adjacent to the dining hall, this area will also accommodate the daily soup line, AA/NA meetings and support groups.
Reception Area | $75,000
Clients seeking assistance and case management can wait comfortably in this bright and welcoming area.
Playrooms (3) | $50,000 each
Each of these three age-appropriate playrooms will provide a fun space for our clients’ children to play and socialize.
Gifts in Kind Storage | $50,000
This space will store the abundant donations for hygiene kits, public giveaways and other social ministry needs.
Food Storage & Pantry (3) | $50,000 each
These three ample food storage areas will allow us to effectively store our dry and frozen goods for the soup line, shelter resident meals and public food pantry.
Computer Lab | $50,000
The state-of-the-art computer lab will provide a client area for homework and tutoring, life skills workshops, and résumé/job-search training.
Shelter Residential Pods (10) | $50,000
The women and children in the shelter will be housed among 10 comfortable sleeping areas with convenient restrooms.
Therapy Room | $25,000
Clients will have access to additional counseling and care services by a licensed therapist in this private therapy space.
Prayer Room | (RESERVED)
Staff members, visitors, residents and clients can use the quiet and peaceful area to reflect and pray.
Shelter Lounge | $25,000
The cozy family room for shelter residents will provide an area for game nights, television and movies.
Health Exam Room | (RESERVED)
This private space allows for nurses and doctors to perform basic medical care and physical exams for clients and shelter residents.
Work/Break Room | (RESERVED)
Employees will use this space for various administrative tasks, as well as for a break area.
Shelter Kitchenette | (RESERVED)
Shelter residents will use this small kitchenette for meal preparation and food storage.

This first-floor area will serve as the headquarters for our commanding officers and all administrative staff.
Two-story Lobby | $100,000
This large, bright entryway opens to the administrative hall, welcoming clients and staff.
Small Conference Rooms (2) | $25,000
These two conference rooms will be the staff’s main meeting areas, as well as conference space for donor relations and volunteer training.
Work Rooms (2) | $10,000 each
Staff and volunteers will use these ample rooms as general work areas.
Staff Break Room | (RESERVED)
This kitchenette will give staff an area for snack and meal preparation, as well as food storage.
File Rooms (3) | $10,000 each
These secure file rooms will house confidential client, donor, volunteer and financial records.
Exterior Structures & Outdoor Amenities
Storehouse | $750,000
This 5600-SF detached storage structure will house all donations, disaster supplies, Christmas kettles and other program/service materials.
Playground | $100,000
This large play area will give children housed in our shelter the space and equipment to climb, jump and have fun.
Playground Shelter | $50,000
This outdoor area provides a covered picnic area for the families in our shelter.
Secure Shelter Patio | $50,000
This patio adjacent to the building will provide a safe and secure area for shelter families to enjoy outdoor activities.
Staff Patio | $30,000
Staff can enjoy outdoor lunches or meetings in this private outdoor patio area.
Secure Shelter Play Area | $25,000
This secured outdoor play yard provides a safe recreational area for shelter families.
